PROCESS DESCRIPTION After removal of dust by the suction filter, the feed air is pressurized by the air blower and led to the adsorber. Nitrogen, moisture, carbon dioxide in the air are adsorbed by adsorbent, oxygen gas is obtained at the same time. When the adsorption is saturated, the system will change over automatically, then the adosrober will be depressurized and vacuumized for regeneration. There are three adsorbers working alternatively to obtain product oxygen continuously. The product oxygen is delivered to the User after being compressed by the oxygen compressor at the pressure specified by the User.
